Subject	Rear Strut Replacement HELP!!!

Message	I am replacing the rear struts and when I took the upper nuts and lower bolt out the strut still has alot of presure on the spindle which will not allow me to remove the strut. Do you have to remove the control arm linkages as well or am I missing something. Thank you to anyone who can help me with this.
